The DCx13-3 represents a significant step forward in ATEX certified digital camera technology. Incorporating a custom-designed hardware platform running Android™ OS, the intrinsically secure DCx13-3 provides high-quality image capture in potentially hazardous (explosive) atmospheres, while protecting your site's safety and integrity.
Parallel operating modes allow image capture with gloves and in harsh conditions using traditional pushbuttons, with camera settings and functionality provided by the large 116 mm (4.6") touchscreen. Battery charging and image download are performed via a high-speed, intrinsically secure USB link, which prevents wireless-related data security breaches.
