Tecway also provides marine consultancy services, empowering Chinese high-tech maritime enterprises to expand into global markets, with a focus on maritime digitalization and intelligence, shipping decarbonization, carbon trading and marine green fuels.

Tecway International Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1993.
Tecway International (Marine) Limited
Tecway International (Marine) Limited was established in 1997, dedicated to newbuilding, conversion, and ship repair services.
Tecway Industrial System Limited
Originally established in 1997 as Tecway Oil & Gas Limited, the company specialised in petrochemical storage and transportation equipment. In 2025, it was renamed Tecway Industrial System Limited to reflect its expanded business scope.
Tecway (China) Limited
Tecway (China) Limited was established in 2004, focusing on diesel and gas engine equipment with full-scope technical support.
Tecway (HK) Limited
Tecway (HK) Limited was established in 2006, dedicated to the Hong Kong ship market and chemical coatings.
Tecway Maritime Technology Limited
Tecway Maritime Technology Limited was established in 2016, focusing on green shipping and maritime consultancy services, including FuelEU Pooling and EUA and UKA procurement support.
Tecway Asia Pte. Ltd.
Tecway Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore in 2024, focusing on maritime technical services including fuel gas supply systems (FGSS) and cargo handling systems (CHS), and providing professional support to shipowners, ship management companies, and shipyards.

Established in Germany in 2024, Tecway Industrial Europe GmbH enhances the Group's local support capabilities in Europe and drives industrial business expansion in the regional market.
